Professor Sagers Quoted in New York Times on Fox-Time Warner Merger

Chris Sagers, the James A. Thomas Distinguished Professor of Law at Cleveland-Marshall, is quoted in this week’s “Common Sense” column, by James Stewart, in the New York Times. Stewart’s column is critical of the proposed acquisition by Rupert Murdoch’s entertainment empire of Time-Warner, a deal that would combine major movie studies and television production assets.

An online version of the column is available at: http://www.nytimes.com/2014/07/26/business/a-21st-century-fox-time-warner-merger-would-narrow-already-dwindling-competition.html?hp&action=click&pgtype=Homepage&version=HpSum&module=second-column-region&region=top-news&WT.nav=top-news&_r=0
